Electroless Nickel Plating

Plating that creates film of uniform thickness even on complex-shaped parts made of any metal materials

Characteristics
1. High dimensional accuracy with uniform thickness of plating
2. The thicker film is, the higher the corrosion resistance is.
3. Parts get harder by heat treatment after plating.

Black Dyeing

It is a process to prevent rust by forming a dense oxide film on the surface of steel. To put it simply, it is a process that rusts the surface of iron to prevent further rusting.

Characteristics
1. Dimensional accuracy can be maintained since the film is thin (about 0.2 to 1 μm).

* We will send an order confirmation form by FAX after receiving packages. Please confirm the document.

How we deliver the products

We treat a surface on the day after an arrival date of items. In the case of "Quick Service", we treat a surface and ship products on the same day with the arrival date.
* We usually ship products by using a delivery service like Yamato Transport at the customers' expense.
Customers' packages will arrive by noon.
