We specialize in small-lot production of a wide variety of products, with main lots ranging from 6 to 50 pieces, and 200 pieces accounting for approximately 50% of the total. We could also handle large-scale production of 500 pieces or more. We offer the optimal production system to meet a wide range of needs.

We operate manufacturing facilities at 4 domestic locations (Misato City in Saitama Prefecture, Koshigaya City in Saitama Prefecture, Nishishirakawa District in Fukushima Prefecture, and Satsumasendai City in Kagoshima Prefecture) and 3 overseas locations (Shenzhen, China; Manila, Philippines; and Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam).
Our proprietary production management system has been deployed across all domestic and overseas sites, enabling us to consistently maintain activities that meet customer satisfaction standards for QCD.

We operate over 800 machines across our manufacturing facilities in Japan, China, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Each factory is equipped with identical production equipment and measuring instruments, with more than 350 NC lathes and over 200 machining centers combined across all facilities, establishing a comprehensive BCP (Business Continuity Planning) system.

Our skilled engineers offer the most suitable surface treatment such as electroplating, electroless plating, black dyeing, and alumite with competitive price in a short delivery time.
We offer delivery services for products with electroless plating and black dyeing as well.

We have implemented standardized 2D measuring machines and 3D measuring machines across all domestic and international facilities, creating a system that minimizes measurement errors between locations to the utmost degree. This enables us to verify product quality with the same precision at any production site, guaranteeing the highest quality. Additionally, our Chinese factory has introduced material analysis equipment to manage raw material quality, further contributing to quality assurance.
