Consult or apply for order form

Upon confirmation of customer’s request, we will facsimile the order form to the customer.
(We will send you the special form for order after our second cooperation.)

Confirmation for use limit and payment mode

Please make payment via bank transfer. (Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ)
※ Please pay bank commission together with your payment.

Order and delivery

Please fill all required items in the order form and place an order by fax before sending us your product.
※ Please send related drawings or diagrams together with your order form(used for materials and exterior validation)
※ Be sure to send us your product accompanied with your order form.(used for check upon receipt)
Please send back Order Confirmation which we will send to you.(Please read it before confirmation)

Product delivery ～ receipt

Your products will be treated on the following day upon receipt and will be sent back to you on the same day.
"Fast service" your products will be treated in the afternoon of the day upon receipt and will be sent back to you on the same day.
※ Usually, Zhaijisong of Yamato Transportation is employed by us to deliver products(freight collect) for you in the morning.
